All bookings must have either a valid credit or debit card on file to reserve appointments OR a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts will vary based upon the type of appointment booked, final payments can be made after the service is performed to the esthetician directly in whichever method you prefer. Deposits are non refundable. After 2 No shows you will be required to pay full amount of service during booking. A grace period of 5 minutes is allotted please call if you are going to be later to be accommodated there is a $10 late fee. NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED 50% OF THEIR APPOINTMENT FOR 1ST NO SHOW AND 2ND NO SHOW WILL BE BILLED THE FULL APPOINTMENT VALUE (unless you have spoke with the esthetician directly).
Please inform your esthetician of any skin condition , allergies , skin sensitivity , or medical conditions. We can not be liable for reactions , break outs or any adverse reaction if we are not notified of any conditions or medications that the client may have or be on. **WAX APPTS : Hair needs to be at least an inch , you must inform esthetician if you are on blood thinners , hair can not be shaved within 2-3 weeks *
If you agree to your body images or face images being used on social media for marketing purposes we will ask for you to sign a waiver of consent.

Candy Day Spa will receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Cell phone numbers and email addresses provided will initiate consent to receive marketing to both forms of communication. To ensure you have an amazing appointment, here are a few things to know:

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required prior to booking. Your deposit amount will be credited towards your service.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Otherwise you will forfeit your deposit and/or a cancelation/reschedule fee WILL apply before next schedule.

Please arrive on time with clean lashes and eye area (no mascara/ eye makeup, concealer, foundation, lash glue or residue). Tardiness takes away from YOUR appointment time!

NO children or EXTRA guest.
